
When you require warranty or non-warranty service for your digilink product,
do not return the product to the place of purchase. Please follow these instructions.
1. Carefully pack your product without any accessories unless you suspect the accessories are faulty.
2. With us much detail as possible, write down the fault you are experiencing and any other products you are using together with the digilink product.
3. Include your full name and address, as well as a daytime phone number just in case we need to contact you or to estimate your non-warranty repair cost.
4. Send the product, description of fault, proof or purchase (for warranty service only) and your contact details to the digilink service centre in your country. We strongly suggest a registered or traceable delivery method and transit insurance for your protection.

Subject to the terms and conditions as listed below, all digilink products are expressly warranted to be free from defects in materials and or workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase.
At our sole discretion the product shall be repaired or replaced and returned to you free of charge.
This warranty applies provided that the product;
1. At the time of request for warranty repair or replacement is accompanied by the original record or purchase or receipt (hand written receipts are not acceptable). We reserve the right to quote for any repairs where a product's date of purchase can not be determined.
2. Has been used according to the operating instructions supplied with the product.
3. Has been purchased in Australia or New Zealand and has only been used for domestic or home use.
4. Has not been damaged by accident, acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, damage in transit or consequential damage.
5. Has not been opened, modified, repaired or tampered with by unauthorised persons.

1. We may reasonably charge for time to investigate your waranty claim where the product is found to be in good working order. For example, charges may be made where the problem is found to be incorrect setting or where the product is being used with incompatible equipment.
2. If the product is returned for repair or replacement, you the owner are responsible for the cost of postage and packing and the risk of the product during transit.
3. Any costs for the removal and re-installation of the product preceeding or subsquent to any warranty repair.
4. No person is authorised to make or give any assertions, statements or undertakings, whether expressed or implied about other than or additional to the terms of this warranty.
5. digilink shall not be liable for any subsequential or consequential loss or damages.
